Sick Kitty
Question: Hello all, I have a sick kitty. Let me first say that he is not emergancy room sick. He is about 6 months old. He is usually a very active cat, but he us acting very lethargic, he's playing but not as much as usual, he's laying down more too. His feces is off color, extra stinky, he is vomiting occasionally, when he does it is a foamy green without food in it. He is drinking but not as much as usual. I should mention that he is strickly indoor. Is a common sickness that will pass? or should he go to the vet? It's so hard to tell. Thanks. Answer: Best bet would be to pop in and see a vet. They really are the only people who can diagnose what is going on. There is no harm and you'll know you are getting professional help for your kitty. It's impossible to diagnose over the internet. Please let us know what they say and welcome to the forum. We would love to see pictures. Answer: Sounds like an emergency to me. Can you imagine how bad he feels, with all those problems? I'd be at the vet yesterday. Answer: If your cat is lethargic, has off colour stinky poop and is vomitting, he definitely needs to see a vet. Has he had any of his shots yet and is he neutered? Please take him to the vet ASAP and let us know the results. Answer: Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.tendlife.com
