Question:
I have a major problem. I have puppies that are almost 5 months old. Just the other day I went out to feed them and one was not acting like itself. She looked really bad so I took her to the vet. The vet tested her for parvo and the test came back positive. She ended up dying about 5 hours later. Now I have a bigger problem. I have her 2 brothers and her sister that are somewhat showing signs, but are still active. One of the boys and the girls are showing signs of worms and the other boy is showing signs of parvo. I know the girl has worms (we seen them in her stool). But we are not sure what to do. We don't have the money to take them all to the vet and they act like they are real bad one minute then they are up and playing with each other the next minute. We really don't know what to do and would like for some help and encouragement. Thank you.

I am so sorry to hear that these poor puppies are so sick!!!
They are five months - have any of them had any shots, deworming, or ANY vet visits? Do you have the mother of these puppies. Was this a planned pregnancy, where have they been kept and do they have contact with other dogs?
This, unfortunately is why we should ALWAYS have our pets up to date with shots!

I am sooo sorry to hear about your puppies - but there really isnt any choice, they HAVE TO see a vet and they certainly shoudl have already. If you absolutely cant afford it then you owe it to the pups to see if you can sign them over to the vet or something so they can receive the care they need.
and if you ahve the mom, PLEASE have her spayed as soon as possible - if you look around there are usually low cost programs for that.
