Question:
Hello, I have a 6 month old King Charles Cavalier, about a month ago, he decided to use his wings instead of his feet, going down stairs. Didn't work out to well. Although there appears to be nothing wrong with him, he eats, plays hard!!!, drinks water as normal. Today i noticed his stool started out normal, then went to runny and finally had a few drops of blood. I don't know if the "fall" had anything to do with that, since it has been so long. Other then that , i can't think of a thing that would have caused it. Oh except i did change from Dads dog food to Purina puppy chow. Would that do it? I am going to watch for his next movement and if it occures again, i will be Vet bound.
Any suggestions??

My husband raised Rotweilers, and trained them for sport. They look mean, but not all are ...ours were pussycats in HUGE kitty cat coats.

has you pup been wormed? you should probably ask you vet and have a physical and a stool check considering the 'flight' down the stairs and especially the blood in the stool situation, better safe than sorry in this case!

* If your pet is vomiting, bleeding, has diarrhea etc. seek vet care.
As your dog has two of these symptoms, it really needs veterinary attention immediately. Please do not wait.
