my dog has been walking around with her head lop sided i'm really concerned about her because she is nearly 8. does anybody have any idea whats wrong??? :(

Can be inner ear infection which can cause severe pain, disorientation and lead to deafness.
OR can be neurological/stroke related. Some dogs also get a condition called Vestibular syndrome.

Either way your dog needs to get to a vet!

In my area, my 1st concern would be a foxtail. The sooner you get her to a vet, the easier to remove and the less damage, and, most important, the less suffering while she waits for help.
