Please help. I have no idea what's wrong with my dog. He won't eat anything, and he keeps shaking. He won't come to me if I call his name, which he always does. He's not barking at all, and we can usually never get him to stop. He won't budge at all, even if we ask him if he wants a treat, which is really weird. He also bit my sister, not hard, but he never bites anyone. I don't know what's wrong with him. He's about 8 years old, and he's half cocker spaniel, and half colly, if that helps.

Sounds like the dog is in shock or had some sort of trauma that needs asap medical attention.

Is he vomiting? Some of the symptoms you said sound like bloat, which can kill your dog in only a few hours if not operated on. Your dog needs a vet bad. We can't know what it is over the internet. If you don't have the money, borrow it. If you don't have transportation, call the taxi. Your dog is suffering.
