It may be an anal gland problem but I am not sure.

What should I do for my little buddy?

I would make anappointment to see a vet tomorrow morning. That has got to be super painful and uncomfortable for your little one.

Was it swollen before? It looks terrible! Definitely head to a vet before it gets infected (more).

Answer:
It was an infected anal gland. The vet squeezed it out and gave me some oral anti biotics for him. I have to go back in 2 days for a check up.
