Question:
My female cat is 6 and about 2 years ago she appeared to have some sort of problem with her tail. She was afraid of it, it appeared as though she felt something happen and would immediately look at her tail and hiss, bite just above the tail, and then run away as if trying to get away from the tail itself - very strange! This still happens to her on occasion since then. At the time I did take her to the vet and they examined her and checked her stool and advised that she was healthy and they hadn't seen or heard of anything like this - the vet never offered any advise. She is an indoor cat.
