Question:
We have a 4 month old Lab Cross and last night late he started vomiting. It has been clear like water with a little bit of yellow bile. I also noticed yesterday that he had diarrhea which he has had before when we first brought him home. I stayed awake with him all night and this morning he seems a little better more playful and has not vomited in a few hours. I know he did not eat anything out of the ordinary as I was with him all day yesterday and he was fine the day before. I am taking him to the vet today but is there anything I can do to make him feel a little better in the mean time?

My friend had sort of the same thing happen and the vet told her to give her puppy gatorade because of dehydration? Is this a good idea?

You need to take your puppy to the vet now. vomitting and diarhea are serious signs, puppies get dehydrated quickly. Come back with an update please. Your vet will be able to tell how severe it is and can better reccommend any medications or something to rehydrate your pup.
