Question:
For 2 days now our 5 mnth old kitten has been very lethargic. She has eaten nothing and seems to be in pain. She had blood in her stool and deficated on the floor in front of us. She seems to be hiding to sleep and when awake stays in the same place and does not move or respond to anyone. Her mom is our other cat. She is fine. The kitten also had a stool hanging out of her bum and seems to not be able to be able to poop comfortably. Is she dying. I haven't got the $ to take her to the vet so I need some answers. If she is that sick I may have to drop her off to the Humane Society so hurry please.

If this were your child, would you abandon it? You need to get this baby to a vet. I'm sure you can make some financial arrangment to pay for it.

Is she vomiting? Have you called your vet to see what they have to say and see if they will sit up payments for the bill. You are responsible for this cat not the human Society or the Shelter.

Thanks for the comments. She died 2 days ago so she is in a better place. She was at home at the time. Don't bother responding as I won't be back to this site. Arn't you all such wonderful pet owners and just full of cash apparently!

I for one am not full of cash,but when i picked my dog up from a rescue place and he was sleeping more than usual i was in hysterics crying and lowered myself to call someone and ask for money,took him to the er that night,if anyone understands being broke i do,but if i think something is seriously wrong with my dog i would do just about ANYTHING to get him to a vet.
