I would never feed a 12 week old puppy only twice a day. Taken from a vet info site:

Casey has a tendency to poop multiple times in the morning. Pees at least three times in the morning too, all within an hour. Thank god he's little.

But about feeding puppies 4 times a day -- in my case, Casey (almost 4month old poodle) will NOT eat more than 3 times a day. He will not stick to any regular feeding schedule, and often just eats two full meals, and has one "snack" before bed (he eats just a quarter of his food). Does this mean I'm giving him too much at meal times?
