Question:
Hi, I have a question about my 4 yr. old terrior-poodle. The last couple of days when she barks hard or loud she cries or yelps right after. Like it hurts her when she barks. She can bark softly or growl without a problem. A couple of weeks ago, she was caughing, usually after she barked, but that stopped about a week ago and now just this cry thing going on. The only thing that crossed my mind was a bone in her throat, but she hasn't had anything lately. The last one she had was a ham bone and that would have been a month ago or so. So then I thought maybe she had a cold and a sore throat. She is eating like she always has, and she acts fine, not like she is sick or anything. Just thought I would throw out my problem to you guys to see if you had anyother suggestions or ideas. I hope I have enough info about my situation. Thanks in advance for any replies

If the behaviour is new you may want to consult your vet. I am not sure what it could be.
