Question:
My 4 1/2 month old Shetland Sheep Dog has become very fearful of people, especially children & teenagers - growls at kids - because he is afraid - and trembles all over when I take him near them trying to show him it's OK. How can we help him get over this??

Answer:
when you great people or they want to pet the dog, get them to kneel down then they will be more at his level and it wont seem to threatning to him... and get them to use happy voices to get him to come over..

my pup is nuts over people!

Hi,

I'd get a couple of kids that you know...and get them to approach the dogs with treats...and show lots of affection.

Basically train the dog that approaching kids can be rewarding.
