Hi,
My cat has been vomitting about every 4-6wks for the past 6 or 7 months now, previously never doing so. She is 2 years old, was spayed about one month ago, and one of her male kittens from her litter we kept. We have not changed her food at all in over a year, the other cat is not sick at all, and when she is sick, she looks guilty or just uncomfortable until we soothe her (it doesn't take too long) and she is fine again, including eating and drinking. It is definitely not a hairball, she is bringing up either partially undigested food, or completely undigested food.
Also, is it normal or harmful at all that our other cat will then try to consume the vomit? Sometimes he gets to it before us...
