Question:
Sometimes before bedtime my bichon, Nina, will get really excited/energetic. I was wondering if there were some effective ways to tire out dogs without having to do much, for situations like these.

Hi Devin,

Dogs are not like Humans. They can't get tired just by watching T.V. before bed.

I would suggest a MAJOR walk/run/fetch/frisbee session in the evening time.

This should eliminate the problem.
