Hi.My dog had a cold recently,and the vet gave her antibiotics,which helped.She was coughing,and seemed to try to spit something up.The vet saw mucus in the back of her throat.She had a ten day supply of antibotics,and the last day of her pills,she stopped coughing.Now,is she over this cold,or should she be taken back to the vet to be examined to see if she is?Thanks glen.

Well if she's feeling better and the cough doesn't reappear then I assume that she's okay
