I have a schipperke pup that is 4 months old. I've had her about 3 weeks. She limps after waking up for a few minutes. She then seems to loosen up and is fine. Looking at her from the frount it is her back right leg. I took her to the vet when I first got her, he checked her out and said that he couldn't find anything wrong with her. He thought that maybe she had sprained it somehow. She does seem to be getting better, though she still limps. She doesn't mind you moving her leg, and doesn't seem to be in any pain. Should I be concerned? Thanks for any thoughts or help. I want her to be healthy and happy.

There is a condition called luxating patella that is very common in small and toy breeds. You might want to have her checked for that.
