Question:
I have an 8 mo old chocolate lab. About a week ago I noticed he had a mole of some kind on his snout. It is between his nose and mouth and was originally skin colored and about the size of a pea. Now, it is about the size of a dime and is pinkish. My husband took him to the vet (but it didn't look as bad then...) and he thought it might have been a bee/scorpion sting, but it doesn't seem to be getting better. He also took a culture, but as of yesterday, nothing had shown up. Should I be concerned??? Could this be cancer/tumor? We are leaving town tomorrow for a 7 day cruise we have had planned for a while, and I am very worried. Please help!
