Sneezing and sluggish....get to a vet asap...can be a simple respiratory infection or could be something much more serious. Go soon, don't wait...we did once with Smoke's borther, to wait and see if it cleared up on it's own and when we did take the poor little guy it was too late as he actually had something very serious, Distemper.

As above, get a vet appointment asap. It's probably an URI (upper respiratory infection), but you should rule out other more serious issues. That being said, an URI can become serious if left. It's better (and cheaper) to treat these things sooner rather than later.
