Question:
MY 8 weeks old female kitten is chewing on the males leg..same leg same spot Why?

Is she biting or sort of biting/suckling? I know that almost all of my kittens over the years have had this behaviour...especially just after they are weaned. The female I have now likes to use her brother's tail and my Cordelia used my stuffed cokker spaniels ears! Does the spot look raw? bleeding? Do they have fleas?

thanks for your reply..The leg is not raw,bleeding and i am sure they do not have fleas..she is also starting to chew on feet and books...my husband was concerned but i have to agree with you that it's just a phase the kitten is going through. Thanks again
