Question:
Periododically when my cat's eyes are open the second eyelid that is under the top one is half was closed and he's wide awake, looking around and sometimes walking when this happen. I'm wondering if this is a symptom of an illness. He has no discharge, the eyes are not watery, and from what I can tell has no other symptoms. He's eatting and acting just fine. He just looks like he can't get his eyes open all the way. I'd say about 50% of the time off and on throughout the day, the rest of the time his eyes look normal. He is about 5 years old and has always been completely healthy.
