Loss of fur, bump
Question: I have recently noticed that it appears my cats rear end is sticking out and there is a loss of fur around her anus. She has no pain, no blood in her stool or anything like that. She seems perfectly fine......purrfectly fine. Should I worry? I would take her to the vet but I really don't have a lot of money right now. Pleaaase help. If it is serious I will scrape enough money up to take her to the vet. Please suggest something. -Mallory Answer: Definitely take her to the vet! Where it is sticking out, is that the same place the fur is missing? Answer: She could have prolaspsed rectum (the inner tissue protuding outside). This should be seen asap, before the inner tissue dries out and becomes necrotic Answer: Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.tendlife.com
