Question:
I have recently noticed that it appears my cats rear end is sticking out and there is a loss of fur around her anus. She has no pain, no blood in her stool or anything like that. She seems perfectly fine......purrfectly fine. Should I worry? I would take her to the vet but I really don't have a lot of money right now. Pleaaase help. If it is serious I will scrape enough money up to take her to the vet. Please suggest something.

Definitely take her to the vet! Where it is sticking out, is that the same place the fur is missing?

She could have prolaspsed rectum (the inner tissue protuding outside). This should be seen asap, before the inner tissue dries out and becomes necrotic
