Question:
I noticed it first thing this morning when she had peed in on her blanket in the crate..and hubby has noticed it too..she isnt peeing alot anymore,and she doesnt pee in the house(the crate was an accident mommy didnt take her out in time)

Is it normal for her urine to smell so strong? we have a vet appointment on Friday,but want to hear some thoughts

The first urine of the day should be concentrated but from what you are describing a vet should be consulted.
Did you ask this same question the other day or am I confused ?
