when she eat dry food (any brand), she will diarrhea.
No problem with can food. Also no problem with soaked dry food.

what's the problem?

This is going to sound weird but is it real runny or just soft poop? I have a siberian husky (and had two before him) and they are known to have loose stools when they are young.

I agree. A vet would be my first stop. If this dog is not getting the nutrition she needs from the food as she's developing, it might harm her later in life.
