Hi, my 17 month old Rottie, Meg, has recently developed a small pinky coloured lump on her bottom lip. It doesn't appear to be causing her any pain and she doesn't flinch when we check it. Over the last week or so it seems to have grown ever so slightly but again no pain, i think she may have scratched it as there is a small blood spot on it now......... abcess, hair focille, blood spot????? or worse...... any advice would be appreciated.....

You better take her to the vet. Might be something benign, like a cyst, or might be cancer. Better be safe than sorry!
