Vaccination Schedule

Question:
We've recently adopted 2 cats and 1 dog from a family who couldn't care for them and 3 kids. The male cat is 12 months old and has had only his 1st round of shots and to be neutered when he was 6 months. The female cat is just now 6 months and I've taken her to get her first round of shots and scheduled for her to be spayed. The puppy is 5 months and he has had no shots. My question is, at these ages, do the animals all need booster shots to their vaccinations? What should still be included on their vaccination schedules?

Answer:
The dog definitely is far behind the normal vaccination schedule.

I posted a schedule for dogs here already, but I'll post it again..

Here, for dogs:
5 to 6 wks- distemper, measles, parainfluenza, bordetella (depending on situation)
8 to 12 wks- DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvo), corona (always optional), bordetella, lepto and lyme (depending on area)
12 wks-- Rabies
16 Wks- DHPP, Corona, lyme and lepto (lepto you need 2 injections 2 weeks apart)
15-16 months-- Rabies, DHPP, Corona, Lepto, Bordetella, lyme

All are yearly after that except rabies vaccines are given every 3 years and distemper every 2.
Don't forget that if your dog needs ALL the shots to get them in 2 sets two weeks apart.

For cats, I'm not 100% sure (I don't own cats), but I'm sure somebody here knows the schedule..
