My cat ate raw chicken skins that i had left on the counter while i was cooking... there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with her... but I was just wondering if the raw skin will hamr her in any way later on...

As long as the chicken skin was fresh, I wouldn't worry. I feed one of my cats raw chicken all the time!
