Question:
Hi all,

My dog Felix has Polycythemia Vera or PV also known as thick blood disease when the bone marrow produces too many red blood cells (there is no cure and they say it's inherited).

2 years ago he had pints of blood removed and he has been doing very well.

Well, I think it's time to have that procedure done again, as much as I hate to put Felix through it, I know it will help him.

If anyone has any advice or has a furbaby that also has PV, I would really appreciate hearing from you.
