Our beagle has been sick for the past few days and we took her to the vet, who gave us some antibotics and took a blood test for a panel.
She is lethargic and shaky and panting. She seems to have trouble walking. Any suggestions on what it could be?

You need to get to an emergency vet right away. Lethargic, shaky, panting and having trouble walking is very serious whatever it is. No one not even a vet could help out over the internet.

I'd get a second opinion right away. This doggy is in really bad shape.

Shaking could be a result of injesting something toxic enough to cause muscle contractions.
